3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for most pin codes across India.

A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹50 is charged at checkout to cover courier handling costs.

Please ensure you are available to receive the package and pay the exact cash amount to the courier agent upon delivery.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to the courier, Shiprocket will automatically send you a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Damaged Shipments or Missing Packages If your package arrives damaged, torn, or clearly tampered with, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent. Take a quick photo or video of the package and contact us immediately at ovarajewels.in@gmail.com so we can quickly resolve the issue with Shiprocket and arrange a replacement for you.
