1.1 Material & Hypoallergenic Properties: At Ovara Jewels, our jewelry is crafted using high-quality stainless steel featuring advanced plating technology (such as Physical Vapor Deposition / PVD gold plating) to ensure water-resistant, anti-tarnish durability. While stainless steel is highly hypoallergenic and resistant to rust and green skin discoloration, we cannot guarantee that our products will be 100% reaction-free for individuals with extreme metal sensitivities. Ovara Jewels is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur. It is the customer's responsibility to know their metal sensitivities prior to purchasing.
1.2 Defining "Anti-Tarnish": Our jewelry is designed to be highly resistant to tarnishing, fading, and water. However, “anti-tarnish” does not mean “indestructible.” The long-term durability of the anti-tarnish barrier depends heavily on proper jewelry care, individual body chemistry, and environmental exposure.
1.3 Jewelry Care & Wear Limitations: To prolong the life and luster of your pieces, customers are advised to follow standard jewelry care practices. While our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant and suitable for daily wear, prolonged or repeated exposure to the following may eventually wear down or dull the protective plating over time:Harsh chemicals, perfumes, body lotions, hairsprays, and sanitizers.Chlorine (pools/hot tubs) and heavy saltwater.Abrasive surfaces or materials that can scratch the protective outer barrier.
1.4 Damage: Normal wear-and-tear, scratches, or dulling of plating caused by improper care, chemical exposure, or physical abuse is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under our return or exchange policies.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 7-Day Return Window We want you to love your pieces! We offer a 7-day return window from the date your package is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same original packaging (including all jewelry pouches or boxes) that you received it in.

2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Earrings (no exceptions due to hygiene regulations, unless they arrive damaged or defective).
Items purchased during major clearance or final sale events.

3. Damaged or Defective Items While our stainless steel jewelry is highly durable, manufacturing defects can occasionally happen. If your item arrives broken, has a faulty clasp, or has a clear production defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will happily send a free replacement or issue a refund.

4. Wear, Tear & Care Disclaimers Because the longevity of anti-tarnish plating relies heavily on individual wear and care, our return policy does not cover:

Dulling, fading, or tarnishing caused by exposure to harsh chemicals (perfumes, lotions, pool chlorine, sanitizers, or heavy saltwater).
Scratches, dents, or broken chains resulting from accidental pulling, dropping, or everyday wear-and-tear.
Allergic skin reactions (stainless steel is highly hypoallergenic, but individual body chemistry varies).

5. How to Start a Return To start a return, please email our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times We ship across India using trusted delivery partners via Shiprocket.

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Standard Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster (within 2 to 4 days).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for most pin codes across India.
A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹50 is charged at checkout to cover courier handling costs.
Please ensure you are available to receive the package and pay the exact cash amount to the courier agent upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to the courier, Shiprocket will automatically send you a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Damaged Shipments or Missing Packages If your package arrives damaged, torn, or clearly tampered with, please do not accept the delivery from the courier agent. Take a quick photo or video of the package and contact us immediately at ovarajewels.in@gmail.com so we can quickly resolve the issue with Shiprocket and arrange a replacement for you.
